How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Open the AlignGate Pro app → Bookings → select the booking → Cancel or Reschedule. If a technician is already assigned, cancellation fees may apply.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us via in-app chat or email with your booking ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
I'm a technician. How do I join?
Download the AlignGate Pro app, register as a technician, and complete KYC verification. Once approved, you can start accepting jobs in your area.
